2Commercial proposal
Flexibility to choose between 2 plans:
Option 1 - Outright purchase
This model means the building will own and have the option to operate the charger. All revenues & profits go to the building and full ownership of the charger & its installation belongs to the property owner. Additionally, all costs will also be borne by the property owner. Should you decide to operate the charger, there is no fixed contract period.
Should you prefer us to operate the charger, there will be a yearly operational fee.
Option 2 - Revenue sharing
This model means EV Fox will own and operate the charger. All revenues are collected by EV Fox and net profits (minus costs) are shared with the building on a tiered percentage.
There is a fixed contract period (typically up to 5 years), with option to extend.
3Negotiation
We understand that each building has its own preferences. We are more than happy to cater to them, making sure we tick all your boxes. Therefore our operational model is flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs.
4Confirmation
Once the quotation is agreed, we will schedule the installation within 14 working days*
*subject to team availability
5Installation
Our in-house team of installers aim to complete the installation within 3-5 days (depending on complexity)
